Delivering Happiness, a book by Tony Hsieh the CEO of Zappos.com, exceeded all my expectations as he delves deeply (and humorously) into building an enduring business and brand with extraordinary real life insight into creating a company culture that just about all of us aspire to achieve. What a great book – a very worthwhile read!
